1. Before You Start
Review your selected program, eligibility requirements, duration, tasks, deadlines and completion criteria before beginning. Keep your profile and academic information accurate.
2. Complete Your Own Work
All submissions must represent your own work. You may use documentation, libraries and learning resources where permitted, but you should understand and be able to explain the work you submit.
3. Follow the Task Sequence
Complete tasks in the order required by your program. Some tasks may remain locked until prerequisite tasks are completed or approved.
4. Deadlines
Submit work within the deadline shown on your dashboard. If you face a genuine issue, communicate with your mentor as early as possible rather than waiting until the deadline has passed.
5. Submission Quality
Each submission should include the requested files, links, screenshots, documentation or explanation. Submissions that are incomplete, inaccessible or outside the assigned scope may be returned for revision.
6. Mentor Reviews
Mentors may approve, reject or request revisions to submissions. Review feedback is intended to improve technical understanding and professional quality.
7. Cybersecurity Program Safety
For cybersecurity internships, perform security testing only against systems and targets explicitly authorized by Securozen. Do not test public websites, accounts, networks or devices merely because they are accessible.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Do not upload passwords, private keys, personal records, confidential company information or other sensitive data into internship submissions unless specifically authorized for the exercise.
9. Communication
Use the official communication channels provided by Securozen. Keep messages professional, concise and relevant to your internship work.
10. Certificate Eligibility
Certificate eligibility depends on the requirements of your selected program, including task completion, required project work, evaluation criteria and any minimum completion percentage shown on the program.
11. Academic Integrity
Do not copy another student's submission, falsely claim work you did not perform, manipulate evidence or misrepresent project results. Academic dishonesty may lead to rejection of submissions or removal from the program.
12. Portfolio and Public Sharing
When sharing internship work publicly, remove credentials, confidential information and private data. Respect third-party licenses and clearly identify work that was created as part of the internship.
13. Completion
After meeting the program's completion criteria, your internship record may be reviewed for final completion and applicable certificate or recognition issuance.
